Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order. Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without prior notice; changes never affect orders already completed.

Returns and refunds for all orders are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Because our products are digital goods delivered electronically, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a theme is faulty or an issue cannot be resolved by our support team, contact Paddle customer service or contact us and we will help make it right.

You agree not to use the website in any way that damages, overloads, or interferes with it, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

You also agree not to use our themes to publish unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others. You remain responsible for the content you publish on your own blog.

The website design, its text, and the templates we distribute remain the property of NewBloggerThemes.com and their original designers. Author and designer credits shown on theme pages identify the people behind each design.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of a theme, the website, or its content to you; they grant usage rights only.

Theme pages link to demo sites, documentation, and external services that we do not operate. These have their own terms and practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Downloading files is provided in good faith. As with any download, we encourage you to keep backups and check files with your own security tools.

Our themes and website content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that a theme will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser, plugin, or future version of Blogger.
